Michael Cornachio brings more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and has built his career on a simple belief: take it personal, because it’s never just business. Known for finding solutions where others see roadblocks, Michael specializes in purchase strategies for first-time buyers, turndowns, complex contracts, and shortened timelines. What drives him most is helping families who never thought homeownership was possible.

As Branch Manager at All Western Mortgage in Las Vegas, Michael doesn’t see himself as a traditional manager. “I work for my loan officers , not the other way around. My focus is to create an environment where they feel empowered, supported, and inspired to succeed.” Since 2002, he has continued to self-generate mortgage originations from the ground level, staying deeply connected to the work his team does every day. He brings an open, collaborative communication style and a team-building approach centered on adding real value around each originator, so their growth becomes inevitable.

Michael is equally dedicated to his clients, taking the time to understand their goals and deliver a mortgage experience that is responsive, personalized, and solution-focused. He serves clients across multiple regions, offering experience-driven insight throughout the entire mortgage process.

His leadership and impact have been recognized nationally, including being named one of National Mortgage Professional Magazine’s 40 Most Influential Mortgage Professionals Under 40. He has also been featured in multiple industry publications for his advocacy, leadership, and insight into the irreplaceable value of loan officers in today’s market.

Outside of work, Michael is a proud father and devoted dog lover. He enjoys spending time with his son, playing golf, and the occasional spirited debate about the WNBA.
